This is a weekly session open to:

  • Motus Strength club members.
  • Past and current private coaching clients.
  • Motus Strength calisthenics workshop and course attendees.

Or by special arrangement – if you are not an existing member or client of Motus Strength you may attend if space is available.  Please email for enquiries.

Coaching and workout objectives:

  • Improve, learn and develop specific calisthenic techniques and skills.
  • Improve physical condition, strength mobility and muscular endurance.

Session format:

  1. Mobility. Specific to each sessions technical objectives. 10-15 minutes.
  2. Technical instruction. 45 minutes.
  3. Calisthenics WOD. 30-40 minutes.

Each session will be tough and physically demanding, in addition to technical coaching the WOD must also be completed.  The WOD may contain weighted and/or competitive elements.  Partner and team work will be encouraged where appropriate.

Rolling coaching focus:

The technical coaching focus of the sessions will revolve as follows:

Week 1 – Muscle-ups and pull exercises.

Week 2 – The back lever.

Week 3 – The front lever.

Week 4 – Gymnastic skills and holds (Lsit, support holds, Handstands etc).

With regular attendance and additional practice attendees should progress with each skill.
