Our On-Ramp programme prepares all new members for entry into the world of mixed modal training! You will learn the basics of weightlifting and gymnastics whilst getting a feel for our workout methodology.
On-Ramp is delivered with a combination of coached group classes, personal training* open gym access and selected attendance of scheduled classes. On-Ramp is a full month of membership which can be repeated if required.
*Personal training is recommended for On-Ramp members on an individual basis and is an additional cost.
