Our group training programme.
Each class type has its own programming and focus. For optimum progress we recommend that our athletes participate in the full range of programmes on offer.
Mixed modal training involving strength & conditioning and “met-con” workouts. The GT class is repeated several times each day with the focus systematically varying through the week.
Focuses on weightlifting technique, strength & power development. “Weightlifting” generally refers to the Olympic lifts (Clean & jerk and Snatch), rather than the use of “weights” in general.
Bodyweight training focusing on “strict form” techniques.
Bodyweight training including competitive bodyweight techniques such as kipping pull-ups, muscle-ups, handstand variations etc.
Endurance focused workouts and conditioning. Continuous or interval training generally utilising the aerobic system and building base fitness.
